Abstract

It is realized an economic research of a sheep farm in Uruguay considering the variable production of milk for lactation and number of animals in milk for year. It's calculated the brute entrance. The total operative result and for hectare and the profitability. The importance of the milk in the total of the entrances changed between 32 and 65% depending of the production level (50 y 200 l. per sheep). With low productions for animal (50 lt/sheep in milk/lactation), the operative result and the profitability occures with the improvement in the production of milk for sheep more ham with the increase of sheeps in milk.
