Abstract

Ulcerative syndrome of sheep is a contagious disease with high morbidity and mortality. The objective of this update is to provide an overview of the world situation of the disease, in addition to the research work that has been developed in Uruguay in recent years, as a reference point for a necessary discussion that must take place to find practical and economic solutions for the sector.
