Fishery Product Inspection Regulations

Abstract

Veterinaria ventures through this work in the area of food technology, in which our profession plays an important role. On this occasion, the author analyzes the core aspects of the Fisheries Products Inspection Regulations. The lawyer Gastón Casaux is closely linked to our SMV, since he is a Legal Advisor to it, holding the same position at MGAP. He is related, in the professional aspect, to our House of Studies and to agrarian issues, since he is Adjunct Professor of Rural and Veterinary Legislation at the Veterinary Faculty and Professor of Agrarian Law at the Faculty of Law.
