Scientific Journal published every six months by the Uruguayan Society of Veterinary Medicine (SMVU).  As of 2014 it is the "Official body for scientific dissemination of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine". It publishes original and unpublished articles on topics of interest to Veterinary Sciences in their broadest sense, including animal health and welfare, animal production, food of animal origin, and other sciences related to Veterinary Science.
