It was been made epositions of engorged female ticks of B. MICROPLUS in copper gauze cylinders on the pasture.
It was considered three enzootic areas which are placed at the parallels 32°22', 31°45' and 30°20' lat. S.
It has been determined the duration of the preoviposition period, the eclotion and the larval's longevity in the experimental conditions of the three areas.
The results has determined that the non-parasitic cycle is interrumpted during some months in the winter, and the outlie of the B. MICROPLUS in this period is made as larvae or eggs from the autum that remains until next spring.
