Abstract

The existence of an overlap of norms has configured a mosaic of diffuse decisions and responsibilities in terms of competences for the hygienic controls of butcher shops, which leads to the limits of responsibility of the different public bodies being not well defined, with which the consumer is basically harmed inasmuch as the hygienic conditions in the commercialization that are presented are not to be desired.
