Abstract

During fall 1993 at the Laboratorio de Transplante de Embriones y Biotécnicas de la Facultad de Veterinaria an in vitro cattle embryo production trial was done, of 15 blastocyst embryos 13 were transfered by non surgical method and 2 by surgical method. At day 31 of transfer a rectal ultrasonographic pregnancy diagnosis was done and later rectal palpation, was performed finding 2 pregnancies, each one corresponding at each group.
