Abstract

The present work describes the methodology used during the years in the artificial insemination (I.A.) of sheep and the results obtained. During the years 1986 and 1987 they were inseminated in the department of Soriano 900 and 1,100 sheep Corriedale, of which 20% were lambs of the teeth. The meal was distinguished the first week of the week, moment in which it was dosed with a broad spectrum anthelmintic. At the end of febrero, the sheep were dislodged, dosed and transferred to a foal with the best pastures and surrounding workplaces.
