Abstract

Trypanosomiasis is a protozoan hemoparasitic disease of animals and humans, originating from species of the genus Trypanosoma. Data from a survey, articles and scientific publications summarise the current situation and trends in the distribution of bovine trypanosomiasis in the Americas.
