The present work had as objective to study the behaviour of the testosterone (T) before and after the ejaculation of reproducers Iberian pigs and to check possible upset of order endocrinological in the animals that presented problems in it sets up it to the mannequin and consequently to ejaculate. 12 animals of the following Iberian varieties were used: Manchado de Jaburgo, Torbiscal, Retinto, Entrepelado and Lampiño, of which were picked sanguine samples before and after the ejaculation. Analyses descriptive were done to know the results of T they were adjusted the species. Later on, analyses of simple variance of the fixed effects for the effect of the moment of the evaluation of the level of T (before and after the ejaculation) were done. There was no significant difference (P>0,05) among the medium values of the concentration plasmatic of T observed before and after ejaculation of the analysed reproducers. The testosterone seems not to serve as indicative in these cases because in most of the evaluated cases it didn't alter or its alteration was very low, soft and questioned. However, there was a soft drop tendency after the ejaculation.
