Historical IOE mission visit to our Institution

Abstract

In September-October 2007, a mission from the OIE, World Organisation for Animal Health, arrived to evaluate the Veterinary Services of Uruguay. The mission was composed by Dr. Peter Fernandez, from the USA, and Dr. Eric Fermet-Quinet. This mission evaluated human and financial resources, authority and technical competence, interaction with stakeholders, and access to markets, among other issues.
